Mixed sourdough and yeast fermentation. Dough enriched with butter and milk, filled with cinnamon and brown sugar. Topped with cream cheese frosting.

16-hour fermentation.

Tip: Consume quickly. If not consumed on the day of delivery, store in the refrigerator.
