Mixed fermentation sourdough and yeast. Wheat flour, whole wheat flour, water and salt.

24 hours of fermentation, suitable for vegans.

free of: eggs, dairy, sugar and fats.

Uses: pizzas

Tip: add your favorite toppings and bake at high temperature for a few minutes until the base is toasted. If you have toppings that require long cooking, cook them beforehand before baking the pizza.

We recommend keeping the bases frozen to extend their shelf life. Store them in a tightly sealed bag to prevent moisture from entering.
